Learn how to break down a glass like a sommelier. We’ll cover structure, aroma, finish, and mouthfeel—plus introduce blind tasting with a flight of 10 curated wines.

OCTOBER 30

WEEK 2: Can You Taste the Place?

Explore terroir and regional expression by tasting the same grape from different parts of the world. This session dives into how climate, soil, and winemaking style shape what’s in your glass.

NOVEMBER 6

WEEK 3: Flavor Files & Wine Myths

We’ll decode common aromas and flavors, train your nose with scent samples, and bust popular wine myths along the way. Expect a playful, interactive class full of surprising discoveries.

NOVEMBER 13

WEEK 4: Pairing & Real-World Wine Smarts

We’ll finish strong with food pairings, wine list strategy, and confidence hacks for ordering in restaurants, at parties, or in wine shops. This final class includes pairings with small bites.
